Artisan Bread (via Happy Domesticity)

Perhaps… perhaps this is the one, the no-knead bread dough recipe that inspires me to break my bread machine habit (for a little while).

    I hope you do try this recipe. It is so simple and is really versatile, and because you can keep it in the fridge you can have fresh bread within an hour, all without kneading!
